Igbo Community In Kaduna Conferred El-Rufai With Chieftaincy Title
The Executive Governor of Kaduna state, His Excellency, Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-rufai today joined thousands of igbo people to celebrate the Igbo Cultural day in Kaduna.
Elrufai was also conferred with a chieftaincy title of "Ocho Udo Ndi Igbo of Kaduna".
