KIJE OUTREACH is a foundation run by Mrs. Rachael O. Yari alongside her team members, its objective are;

1. To give hope to the less privileged and disabled.

2.To make them realise that there is ability in disability and 

3.To help them rise up to the fact that they too can be useful to the society they belong.

The young advocate got this vision out of the passion and love for humanity today. She partners with 12 orphanage homes across Kaduna metropolis and 3 different associations for people with special abilities. She started her orphanage outreach program on 14th February, 2012 where she changed the bedspread of a particular orphanage home in Zaria. On 24th December 2012, she went further to change the bedspread of 150 bed spreading  of 10 different orphanage homes around Kaduna.

Training of people with disability by Kije Outreach

On 1st August, 2014 she changed the curtains of 8 different orphanage homes around Kaduna state. As an interior designer, she knows the importance of good bedsheets and curtains to human mind. In 2017, she gave 5 orphanage children scholarship to be trained in basic baking skill in her yearly long vocational skill acquisition program. 

This program gave her a deeper thought on how she can give this children hope for tomorrow and make them actually useful to themselves and society. She decided to launch the 2018 orphanage outreach with the theme,  "They Too Can Be Useful To Their Society" with an objective to train 200 orphanage children on several skills on how to make shoes, liquid soup, bag, room freshener, disinfectant, Izal, shampoo, tie and dye and ankara accessories. In the same 2018, she expanded her outreach to widows on July 21st, 2018 in collaboration with project give, together they trained 100 widows on how to make liquid soup, gave them all the product produced and distributed food items to all 100 widows. On 12th of September, 2018, she went further to reached out to 62 people with special Ability from Association of Christian with special ability Kaduna state. They also had a talk with them telling them they are not disabled to be beggars they are special people with creative mind in their inside. They also trained them on how to make shampoo, room freshener, Izal and liquid soup. They made them participate in the production showing them that their physical challenges do not stop them from been productive. Their next outreach will take place in Zaria where they intend to train 40 disabled men and women on being skillful.
