[Entrepreterview]: "Internationally, We Are Already There" – Sally Samuel, C.E.O The Motivational Industry


Today on MadeIn KrockCity Kaduna-based entrepreneurs' interview segment, we shall be interviewing a local, a national and an international boss of one of the biggest and fastest growing human resource industries.


MIKC: May we meet you sir!



Sally: I am Samuel Sally president and founder The Motivational Industry globally.



MIKC: Can you hint us about your entrepreneurship capabilities and possibilities?



Sally: We as a team in The Motivational Industry has over been able to maintain a stable and relationship with both local and international agencies and have made great success in uniting and discovering youths in all fields.



MIKC: How did you deal with any perceived risk prior to start-up?



Sally: Well, there has never been any form of venture without encountering risk and we have been aware of that from start and we have try to use strategic means to ensure we don't encounter too much risk.



MIKC: What major problems did you encounter during start-up?



Sally: I will say one of the major problem we had was having to bring so much people together within a short period of time and that was not really easy but somehow we were able to overcome it and we have been good since then.



MIKC: How were these problems 
solved?



Sally: We were able organize events where people take part without any form of registration and we gave out cash prizes.



MIKC: To what do you attribute your success?



Sally: My success in life has always been and will always be from God. He has been the one who gave the idea and He has been the one that has kept it going.



MIKC: What is the toughest decision you had to make in the last few months?



Sally: Having to use my own personal earning to run the industry for close to 4 months.



MIKC: What are the chances of your business breaking more grounds internationally?



Sally: Internationally, we are already there having sponsors in London and Spain and some countries here in Africa. We are already there!



MIKC: What book do you think everyone on the team should read?



Sally: T.D Jakes, "Instinct".



MIKC: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?



Sally: Keep pushing, don't allow anything cut you off your dream and most importantly, don't live in your dream; make it real!
